New website and resources for grief support
After months of working behind the scenes to revitalize my website, I’m excited to share the launch now!
I wanted to create a space that reflects how my grief journey has evolved and how I help others connect and get support organically through writing. I’m proud that it’s also an online space that feels calm, respectful, and honors your grief.
If you’d like to learn more about my own story of loss and how I came to this work, you can find that here.

Here’s a little “tour” of the new site and resources:
Visit the Books, Poems, & Essays section where you may find some helpful reflections about grief and also get a feel for my writing.
Writing through Grief
The Writing through Grief section is a space where, as a grief writing guide, I am now offering one-on-one grief writing sessions and 8-week Writing through Child Loss groups. In the future, I will also be offering Writing through Loss groups that will be open to all types of grief.
Grief Resources

In the Grief Resources section, you’ll be able to find grief resources that I have found especially helpful.
News & Events
Be sure to also visit the News & Events section which is a little sparse now, but will soon be filled with posts, resources, events, and more. If you sign up for my email newsletter you’ll be the first to know when these posts go live.
New Monthly Newsletter
My email newsletter (sent out monthly) is where I will share reflections on writing, discuss the many ways we grieve and grow, and provide inspiration for your own writing and journey. You can sign up for my newsletter here.
Grief Writing Prompts
One of the ways I wanted to share who I am and how I can help you in your grief process is by sharing some of my grief-writing prompts. Visit the Grief Writing Prompts page to choose and download the one that is right for you.
